Seven compass-supported players will compete for medals at the European Youth Championships in table tennis, taking place in Gondomar, Portugal, from 10–19 July. Among them are two of Europe's top U15 players, Görkem Öcal (Türkiye) and Siri Benjegård (Sweden), who are among the favourites for the singles titles.

The latest member of Team compass has already won 15 WTT Youth Contender titles. Today, we welcome Austria's Louis Fegerl, born in 2013.

compass-supported Danilo Faso and Görkem Öcal won silver at the U21 European Championships despite being up to five years younger than many of their opponents.

compass alumni Annett Kaufmann and Flavien Coton each won a medal at the World Team Championships in London.

Alyssia Bataille claimed the U13 title, while Siri Benjegård captured mixed doubles gold as compass-supported players delivered a series of strong performances at the WTT Youth Contender in Helsingborg.

Together with the Swedish Table Tennis Association, STIGA Sports and Eskilstuna by STIGA, compass organized the very first camp for seven- and eight-year-old table tennis players – and it proved to be a great success.

compass-supported youngsters Ladimir Mayorov and Siri Benjegård delivered impressive performances at recent World Youth Contender events, with Ladimir finishing runner-up in the U17 event in Platja d’Aro and Siri reaching the U19 semifinals in Sarajevo.

Görkem Öcal, Ladimir Mayorov and Adela Brhelova all won medals at the WTT Youth Star Contender Metz.
