Annett Kaufmann is the World Youth Champion! The feat took place at the 2024 World Junior Championships in Helsingborg, Sweden.
A world championship for junior players has been held since 2003. From the 22nd to the 29th of November it is time again, in Helsingborg, Sweden. Eight compass-supported players are taking part.
Both in Europe and South America, compass supported players had a very fruitful November.
Steven Moreno from Puerto Rico, supported by compass, competed in the U15 singles, doubles and team events at the Pan American Youth Championships - and won gold in all of them!
Flavien Coton, Steven Moreno and Josephina Neumann played well at the WTT Youth Contender in Lima and at the German Youth Championships in Erfurt.
Danilo Faso won gold and Siri Benjegård silver at the WTT Youth Contender in Helsingborg, Sweden.
During the month of May there were several medals won by compass supported players on the WTT Youth Tour.
Steven Moreno won the U15 category at the WTT Youth Series in Portugal.
Flavien Coton won the U19 mixed doubles event of the WTT Youth Star Contender in Tunis pairing with his compatriat Charlotte Lutz. And for the first time, a pure compass mixed doubles team has won a WTT Youth Star Contender event.
